About the role

Join POWER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED' as a Sales Engineer and be a key part of our dynamic sales team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As a Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities

  • Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and pain points

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations

  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals

  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and configure customised solutions

  • Provide post-sales support and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and ongoing improvement of sales processes

What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, technology or a related discipline

  • Minimum Fresh Graduated or 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role

  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex products or solutions

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand technical requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships

  • Familiarity with the sales process, from lead generation to post-sales support

  • Sales KPI driven
