Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer to support our sales efforts with expert knowledge of our products and services. You will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients, conduct technical presentations, and assist in converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or industry sectors.
  • Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related field).

· 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or engineering roles.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.

· Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, or site visits.
