Job description

We are looking for a candidate passionate about reducing carbon emissions in the built environment through intelligent energy management. We do this via the ENX Sustainability AI for the built environment, enabling the integration of IoT sensors and intelligent controls in order to:

  • Perform Energy Monitoring
  • Optimise ACMV, Lighting and Plug Loads
  • Manage Air Quality, Occupancy, Water Quality
  • Monitor Data Centre Infrastructure
  • Report Sustainability KPIs in real-time

Featuring a modular system architecture, the ENX Sustainability AI can be deployed as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new build projects, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses that can integrate seamlessly with existing BMS infrastructure. Our customers have reduced energy consumption by up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales & Closing: Engage with prospective clients (building owners and facility management teams) to understand their technical requirements, sustainability goals and budget constraints. Identify key decision makers and their objectives. Work with Design Engineering team to scope and update project proposals. Present project proposals, highlighting benefits, technical capabilities and how it meets client objectives. Negotiate on technical requirements and commercial terms. Close orders and hand over to Field Engineering team for project implementation. Update progress throughout pre-sales and closing using CRM software.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with building owners and facility management teams. Generate leads for upselling and future projects. Secure contracts from existing clients for SaaS renewals.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of Outside Sales experience, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, capable of working independently, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel to client jobsites within Singapore and Johor Malaysia. Preferably have own transport and driving license.
