The position of Sales engineer plays a critical role In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in either of this segment is preferred but not a must. Automation, packaging industry, Food manufacturing or in Photonics engineering.
