Sales Engineer

Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues efficiently.

• Provide sales support to grow accounts and secure new business opportunities.

• Oversee daily sales operations, including handling drawings, sourcing, preparing quotations, following up on orders, and managing sample submissions.

• Assist and mentor the Sales Coordinator to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Ensure all orders align with quotations and are delivered on time.

• Participate in sales meetings to update management on market trends and quality concerns, working closely with QC when necessary.

• Review monthly sales forecasts and update sales performance and KPI reports.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Sales Experience in M&E / IT / Marine industry or other sectors are welcome to apply.
