Manage the day-to-day sales activities for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP tool) within the designated sales territory to achieve the sales target set by management.
Monitor, regulate and direct the activities of the sales representatives to maximize market opportunities.
Make forecasts/targets regularly and monitor performance of the sales team in relation to these forecasts. Manager is expected to make directions for the team to achieve these sales targets.
Drive new marketing promotion efforts and work with EC on implementing the marketing and promotions efforts for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP tool).
Develop and manage the localized marketing and sales program for the sales territory.
Communicate with the sales team to understand customer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
Work with EC to set the industry pricing level.
Manage the SAP ERP system for monitoring the progress of quotations, purchase orders, delivery and invoicing of customers.
Work closely with EC on new accounts and new products, using the local team to win new contracts.
Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification and Requirements
Experience
Preferably to have sales work experience in a Japanese company in the semiconductor industry for more than 5 years.
Knowledge
Knowledge of commercial and shipping documents (Incoterms).
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP Tools).
Skills
Good people skills with a pleasant personality.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team.
Others
Must be prepared to travel overseas for training and to our customers’ location in the region as required.
