Right now, they are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to drive business growth and build strong relationships with key clients in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
    Generate leads, prepare sales proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
    Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, engineers, and decision-makers.
    Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
    Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements.
  • Technical Consultation & Product Support: Act as a technical advisor, helping clients understand the benefits of the company’s products and solutions.
    Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide customized solutions.
    Assist in troubleshooting and post-sales technical support.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
    Provide feedback to the product development team on market demands and client needs.
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for clients.
    Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
    Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas equipment, services, and industry standards.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
