Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming business opportunities from leads to ensure the timely execution and profitability of the business unit
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to assist management in business planning
• Actively promote service and aftermarket sales including spare parts to distributors
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts
• Offer technical support to distributors through deep knowledge of a wide range of industrial diesel engines (small to large capacities)
• Manage inventory levels both in-house and consignment stock at customer sites
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of projects, pricing, sales activities, and reports
• Participate in and lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle any additional aftermarket and spare parts sales duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (spare parts or automotive sectors)
• travel across the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions (10–15%)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong interest in spare parts and power generation products
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and drive results
• Prior experience with engine manufacturers or in spare parts sales is highly desirable
