Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales target for 2025, building pipeline for future years.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients, including servied apartments, co-living spaces, and property developers.
  3. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and neotiations with key stakeholders.
  4. Work cloesly with internal teams (Finance, Operations, and Marketing) to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with property management firms, developers, and hospitality operators.
  6. Develop tailored Rent-to-Own (R2O) packages to meet customer needs.
  7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
  8. Provide ongoing support and client account management.
  9. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Singapore.
  10. Identify and propose new revenue streams and potential partnerships.
  11. Develop promotional and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  12. Structure customized financing solutions for clients, working closely with the Finance team.
  13. Ensure contracts and agreements align with company objectives and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
  • Strong network within the Home appliances, real estate, leasing or hospitality industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
