What you do :

As part of our Sales Development Program, you’ll be mentored by an industry sales veteran and learn how to drive sales for cutting-edge heavy industrial solutions. You’ll bridge your technical background with client-facing responsibilities to support the full sales cycle—from first contact to final delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers aligned with annual sales goals
  • Promote industrial products to existing customers and explore new market opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and product positioning
  • Respond to RFQs and convert technical inquiries into sales
  • Act as the key commercial liaison between our customers and factory
  • Oversee the full order process: quotation, order, delivery, payment, and claims follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product and market development
  • Provide regular updates via reports, customer visits, and team calls
  • Travel across Southeast Asia and Taiwan to meet clients and grow your network

What you bring :

  • A degree in Materials, Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Engineering
  • 3+ years of engineering experience (sales experience a bonus—but not required)
  • A strong interest in business development and industrial products
  • Willingness to learn, travel, and work in dynamic environments
  • A self-driven attitude and eagerness to understand global markets and customer needs
