Job summary

A leading solutions provider in the building sector is seeking an experienced professional to promote solutions and manage client relationships in Singapore. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and 2-3 years of experience. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills, teamwork, and knowledge of ACMV/BMS systems. The position offers an opportunity to work independently while handling client tenders and project evaluations.

Qualifications

• Promote solution to key clients

• Evaluating and understanding of tender document for accurate costing
• Propose quotation for tender and variation
• Propose quotation for tender and variation
• Analyse and evaluate challenges and issue from client
• Gather information on market trend and competitors' current offer/solution
• Prepare weekly sales call report and monthly project report to immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Able to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
