Objective / Purpose of the Job

The role involves designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and enhance its market presence. The focus is on developing new business opportunities and exceeding customer satisfaction levels.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify new business prospects and develop existing accounts.
• Achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets through effective sales management.
• Monitor and analyze marketing program performance to inform current and future strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Accounts, Site Team & Operations, and HR to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Prepare monthly sales, collection reports, and yearly budget plans; stay updated on market shifts and competitors' activities; participate in strategic policy making.
• Be highly motivated to accomplish assigned tasks and meet company objectives.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations based on project requirements, and monitor project execution to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain good relationships with all customers and ensure excellent customer service.
