Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, hunter-type Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the industrial sector, specializing in rental equipment solutions such as pumps, chillers, and HVAC systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales background in high-activity sales environments, who are eager to transition into industrial B2B sales
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Focus (80%)
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector (e.g., manufacturing, construction, energy, facilities).
- Sell rental solutions for industrial equipment, including pumps, chillers, and HVAC systems.
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Understand client operations and propose tailored rental solutions that meet technical and operational needs.
Operational & Technical Support (20%)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of rental projects.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to recommend appropriate equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting efforts as needed.
Role Purpose:
- Drive new customer acquisition and consistently exceed sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred, but not mandatory for strong sales performers.
- Experience: 2–5 years in industrial solution sales.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to hunt, close deals, and exceed targets.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn technical aspects of rental equipment and industrial systems.
