Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transformer and switchgear production, and railway support systems industries.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct presentations, and deliver tailored proposals.
Technical Expertise & Solution Selling
Provide technical guidance and customized solutions to clients.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet specifications and quality standards.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate industry demands.
Provide regular feedback on market opportunities and customer preferences.
Customer Support & Relationship Management:
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring clients receive timely assistance.
Ensure smooth order processing and delivery coordination with the production team.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, follow-ups, and proactive problem-solving.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare sales reports, track performance, and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure sales targets are met.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales engineering or technical sales, with a strong focus on power supply projects, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or related industries such as switchgear, transformers or railway infrastructure.
Strong understanding of transformer production, electrical systems, and railway support technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to explain complex technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel to client sites and construction projects as needed.
Experience in project management and handling large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations (such as ISO, IEC, or railway standards).
Ability to develop tailored proposals and bids for complex technical projects.
