Responsibilities (Text Only)
- Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for Azure solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Specifically lead Area “Get to Green” and bridge planning along with execution alignment at the ASEAN level.
- Drive customer and partner success by enabling field teams with the tools, resources, and insights needed to deliver Azure solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the Area and Region to prioritize and scale Azure product and solution plays, accelerating revenue and customer wins to gain market share in the market.
- Lead field enablement programs, ensuring that sales teams are equipped to position Azure solutions effectively.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine GTM strategies.
- Act as a bridge between field, engineering, regional, and corporate teams, providing feedback and insights and clarifying the specific help needed to improve Azure offerings and strategies.
- Represent Azure solutions as a subject matter expert in customer and partner engagements and at marketing events.
- Lead the ASEAN Azure GTM Team, growing their capability, career, and impact according to Microsoft's values of model, coach, care.
- Work with Country GMs, SE&O, and Area Vice President to represent the business and garner Microsoft support for accelerating market share gains in ASEAN.
Qualifications (Text Only)
- 15+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in Go-To-Market strategy and execution, product marketing, or customer and market analysis.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and their application in solving business challenges.
- Experience working with partners and field teams to drive solution adoption.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to forge consensus across diverse audiences and opinions and lead a large and diverse organization towards a common goal even in the face of ambiguity and complexity.
