Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a preference for individuals with experience or knowledge in the home interior /appliance industry. You will be responsible for driving sales through face-to-face interactions, building relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence.

Sales:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the company's market share.
  • Manage and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand and promote the company's offerings.

E-commerce Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, online marketplaces).
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales including identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and creating compelling campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support ecommerce administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1y experience in e-commerce or sales.
  • Positive mindset with excellent problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivation, strong work ethic, good team player and able to work independently
