Sincere Holiday Travels is a well-established inbound and outbound travel agency, catering to both leisure and corporate guests. We provide a full range of travel services, including accommodation arrangements, flight bookings, land transfers, and more. With offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and China, we have a strong regional presence and a growing network of industry partners.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and energetic Sales & Driver Executive to join our Singapore team to support both sales and transport duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with customer bookings, inquiries, and after-sales support.
• Actively promote travel packages including flights, hotels, land tours, and attractions.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Drive clients for airport transfers, hotel pick-ups, and local tours or corporate travel needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally during transport assignments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and partners).
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License and PDVL (Private Hire Driver’s Vocational License).
