Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Designer / Interior Designer to meet clients, understand requirements, and translate them into space plans and design concepts. You will conduct site visits, prepare mood boards, and present proposals with timelines and quotations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and sales-focused execution, with opportunities to build long-term client relationships and drive referrals.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Sales Designer / Interior Designer experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and interior finishes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max or other design software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients to understand renovation and design requirements.
• Conduct site visits and measurements.
• Prepare space planning, design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Present design proposals, quotations, and timelines.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert enquiries into projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and maintain excellent customer service.
• Build long-term relationships and generate referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
