Company Overview

An innovative FinTech company is redefining global payments with embedded cross-currency solutions. Backed by strong financial support and a growing presence in Europe, the company is expanding into the APAC market and is seeking a Sales Director to lead its Singapore operations and drive regional growth.

This is a high-impact role focused on hunting for strategic new logos within PSPs, acquirers, and marketplaces, with the opportunity to build and scale the business while eventually managing P&L for the region.

Role: Sales Director (Singapore) Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the APAC market, with a focus on Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Drive new business development by securing strategic partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, and marketplaces.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key financial institutions and enterprise clients in the region.
  • Navigate and ensure compliance with Singaporean and APAC financial regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and regulatory meetings across APAC.
  • Take ownership of regional growth opportunities, with the potential to develop and manage P&L responsibilities as the team expands.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor solutions for the APAC market.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in FinTech or FX sales.
  • Proven track record in hunting and winning strategic new clients in APAC financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of Singaporean and APAC financial regulations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent sales execution and strategic leadership skills.
  • Ambitious mindset with a desire to build and expand a growing regional presence.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) is a plus.
