Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement the APAC hospitality strategy in alignment with global objectives and in partnership with the APAC President
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities across the region
  • Develop and drive go-to-market plans for both immediate wins and long-term positioning
  • Collaborate with APAC marketing to shape and optimize hospitality marketing initiatives
  • Provide regional market intelligence to inform global strategic planning


Relationship Management

  • Identify, engage, and secure key enterprise hospitality clients
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with regional offices of global hotel chains
  • Establish partnerships with hotel groups not yet in the company's portfolio
  • Deepen existing client relationships to drive account growth, renewals, and loyalty


Business Development

  • Lead business development efforts through industry networking and strategic outreach
  • Partner with local teams to uncover and develop opportunities in both new construction and retrofit markets
  • Support sales progression from lead generation through deal closure
  • Monitor and drive the success of the APAC project pipeline
  • Proactively identify retrofit opportunities within existing hotel portfolios
  • Explore and advance technology partnerships to influence solution adoption
  • Prepare impactful proposals and high-level presentations for C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Lead Contract negotiations and successfully close complex deals


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline
  • At least 8 years of senior-level experience in the hospitality industry within the APAC region
  • Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions to hospitality clients
