A leading company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Director (Enterprise) to expand its market presence in APAC. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong sales background in software/technology, proven track record, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years in sales and account management within software/technology.
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Desirable knowledge of the enterprise IT landscape in Indonesia.

Job description

The role: Sales Director (Enterprise)

You will be responsible for expanding the company's presence by developing and executing strategic sales plans, focusing on both new clients and existing for sustained growth.

To note: Travel is required for this role

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify opportunities and guide the sales cycle and drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients.
  • Expanding strategic accounts through cross-sell/upsell.
  • Partner with SI and technology partners to co-develop solutions.
  • Provide feedback to improve offerings and processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

To have:

  • 8 to 10 years in sales and account management within software/technology, with 5+ years specifically in enterprise sales ideally in SaaS or databases.
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Desirable knowledge of the enterprise IT landscape in Indonesia.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, as you will be working closely with clients in Indonesia and across the APAC market.
