RESPONSIBILITIES
The sales director will drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. This role is
pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a
high-performance sales culture.
• Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to enhance team
effectiveness and sales performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve skills, drive results, and instill a
strong hunting mentality.
• Design and optimize sales and revenue operations to maintain and enhance newly
established standards.
• Maximize revenue within assigned sales responsibilities while actively shaping sales
strategies and organizational design.
• Communicate management objectives clearly and ensure alignment with operational
and strategic goals.
• Independently negotiate and close contracts within defined parameters.
• Drive the transition to a full-line solutions provider approach.
• Improve demand planning and forecasting accuracy.
• Establish deep market insights, build strong industry relationships, and expand key
customer and partner networks.
• Provide regular market updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the
leadership team.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing & Communications to enhance market
positioning.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles.
• Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams and managing sales pipelines
effectively.
• Strong commercial and legal acumen with experience in strategic business planning.
• Expertise in driving change management within sales organizations, including process,
behavioural, and structural transformation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural awareness and experience working across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
