About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to fuel our continued expansion across the APAC region. This role is critical in driving new business and revenue across Ad Serving, Creative Personalization (Display, Native, OLV, CTV, Audio, Social), and Ad Verification solutions.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing high-value opportunities, delivering strategic solutions to advertisers, agencies, and ad tech partners. Your ability to navigate client objectives, KPIs, and operational demands will be key in helping them unlock better ROAS, deeper analytics (including in cookieless environments), and improved operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our enterprise ad tech solutions to new clients across the APAC region
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation
  • Craft tailored proposals and strategic solutions to address client challenges
  • Drive net new revenue growth while contributing to long-term client success
  • Coordinate with internal teams on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with legal and finance on contracts and pricing strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences

Who You Are:

  • A self-starter with strong consultative selling skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Deeply knowledgeable about the digital advertising ecosystem — CTV and social media experience is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of success with enterprise-level sales, including both direct-to-brand and agency holding company engagements
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across marketing, media, and procurement
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, ideally within ad tech or martech sectors
  • Highly motivated, strategic, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
