About the role

As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s sales strategy. This newly created position will oversee and drive the performance of three regional Heads of Sales, ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share targets. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the sales leadership team while fostering a high-performance sales culture.

You will step into a high-impact regional role where you’ll shape the growth story of a dynamic consumer brand across APAC. As the driving force behind business development, you’ll identify exciting new market opportunities, forge partnerships with strategic distributors, and lead the charge on launching new products in untapped markets. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation—translating global brand strategies into compelling local executions, and collaborating closely with marketing and commercial teams to deliver campaigns that win both shelf space and consumer hearts. This is more than a commercial role—it’s a leadership opportunity. You’ll own the regional P&L, manage investments with precision, and lead Joint Business Plans that fuel sustainable growth. As a key partner to finance, supply chain, and global stakeholders, your strategic input will shape decisions at every level. You'll also have the chance to build and develop a high-performing sales team, cultivate meaningful distributor relationships, and lead with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. What You Bring to the Table (And Why It Matters)

You’re a driven commercial leader with a Bachelor's degree in Business (bonus points if you’ve got an advanced degree) and a proven track record of growing brands across APAC. You’ve spent 10+ years navigating the FMCG/CPG landscape, mastering Sales, Marketing, and Account Management—ideally with distributor-led markets. Your resume tells a story of impact—strong business results, sharp brand execution, and clear progression. You communicate with clarity, lead with confidence, and bring the kind of energy that inspires teams and partners alike. Fluency in English is a must; if you speak another Asian language, that’s a big plus. And yes, you’re tech-savvy (MS Office is second nature), data-minded, and presentation-ready at any moment.
