The Role:
As Sales Director - APAC, you'll open the APAC market and drive revenue growth in Asia, leveraging B2B sales expertise to meet targets, nurture client relationships, and represent Marfeel at events. We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual with strong communication, negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and a strategic sales mindset. What you will do:
Forecast and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets, driving pipeline growth and expansion.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to enrich our client portfolio.
Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, prioritizing their needs while consistently exceeding expectations.
Gather and relay customer feedback effectively to enhance our sales processes and product offerings.
Articulate the value proposition of our solutions adeptly across various communication channels and platforms.
Utilize SalesForce.com proficiently for lead management and accurate sales forecasting.
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Marfeel at virtual and in-person events, fostering connections and attracting new clients.
Think strategically in sales approaches to maximize opportunities and outcomes.
This is you:
Possess 8-10 years of B2B sales experience in the SaaS or similar industry, with a track record of closing deals.
Bring experience in the publishing/media industry to the table and a solid contact network
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to understand and address customer concerns.
Negotiation prowess is second nature to you, enabling you to anticipate and fulfill customer needs effectively.
Proficient in CRM tools for tracking, reporting, and analyzing sales metrics.
Thrive in a collaborative environment, eager to share insights and contribute to team success.
Exhibit self-motivation, autonomy, and a strong sense of ownership over your sales pipeline.
