Sales Director – Business Consultant & Wealth Management

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Director with deep expertise in business consulting and wealth management to lead client advisory, sales strategy, and portfolio development across Southeast Asia and the Korean market. This role combines strategic business consulting with advanced investment and wealth planning knowledge to deliver holistic solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, family offices, and corporate clients. You will be directly responsible for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and regional market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Consulting & Client Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
  • Provide strategic consulting on business structuring, succession planning, tax optimization, and cross-border wealth preservation.
  • Design and deliver bespoke investment and wealth solutions aligned with client goals.
Sales Leadership & Market Expansion
  • Drive business development strategies to increase AUM and grow the client base across Singapore, Korea, and other ASEAN markets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of relationship managers, consultants, and investment specialists.
  • Represent the firm at regional executive forums, private wealth events, and industry seminars.
Investment & Product Strategy
  • Collaborate with internal investment teams to design and promote customized portfolios including private equity, alternatives, and structured products.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis to support asset allocation and long-term portfolio performance.
Partnership & Channel Development
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with legal, tax, trust, and corporate service partners.
  • Establish referral and co-advisory alliances with banks, multi-family offices, and other intermediaries.
Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
  • Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations and regional financial advisory guidelines.
  • Oversee internal governance processes, including KYC, AML, and client suitability frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CFP preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in wealth management, business consulting, or investment advisory, preferably in Southeast Asia
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, client acquisition, and regional business development
  • Strong understanding of cross-border wealth planning and financial regulations across Asia
