We are seeking a dynamic and globally minded Education Strategy & Partnership Executive to join our team. This role will support our expansion and international collaboration efforts, playing a key part in driving strategic educational initiatives and institutional partnerships across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Forecast sales performance and report to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in education, strategy, sales or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
  • Prior experience in international education or startup/EdTech environments is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical thinking, presentation, and writing skills
