We are a growing SME in the wholesale distribution of fresh fruits, vegetables, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and strong relationships with suppliers and retailers. We are now looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team, expand our market reach, and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s wholesale distribution network.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers, supermarkets, and institutional buyers.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the fruits, vegetables, and FMCG sectors.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients and suppliers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.


Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and business development within wholesale distribution.

Strong existing network of buyers, retailers, and suppliers in the industry.

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
