We are seeking a dynamic sales and marketing professional to join our team. The role involves:

  1. Designing or contributing to marketing programs to promote our products and services.
  2. Developing training programs for new staff members.
  3. Setting both long-term and short-term sales strategies for an assigned district.
  4. Overseeing the sales activities within the district to ensure targets are met.
  5. Sourcing and establishing relationships with dealers and distributors.
  6. Participating in the recruitment and interview process for new employees.
  7. Reviewing and evaluating the objectives of external sales personnel.
  8. Guiding employees to enhance the effectiveness of cross-selling activities.
  9. Designing cross-selling campaigns and programs.
  10. Establishing and maintaining communication channels between resellers and product developers.
  11. Serving as a coach and mentor to team staff and other employees.
  12. Managing and directing the sales force to achieve sales goals within the assigned district.
  13. Designing sales programs tailored for team members.
  14. Developing and reviewing sales strategies periodically.
