Haite is seeking a dynamic and globally minded commercial executive who will report to the General Manager of Commercial Department in Haite global headquarters and be responsible for driving and developing the commercial strategy for global expansion, leading the international business growth of Haite Group including activities related to sales, marketing, and services outside China. This role will have direct oversight for sales performance, market development, customer management, and partner relationships.

This commercial executive will be a highly visible and critical champion in driving market integration among Haite’s various BUs and growth outside China region, as well as advancing the business’ competitive position through efficient management of commercial operations.

This executive will provide key observations, ideas and suggestions, and be an outspoken advocate in identifying both risk and opportunities for the organization. He/she will contribute to achieve profitable growth, and the fulfillment of all other financial targets along with building a customer-focused company culture.

Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will be entrusted to grow the team progressively while growing the business internationally for Haite Group.

THE PERSON

The selected candidate will have the following:

  1. Prior experience in and possess deep understanding of the commercial aviation industry including but not limited to Aircraft & Components Systems MRO, Pilot training by full flight simulators, Cabin crew safety training and airlines operation etc.
  2. Successful development and execution of long-term and short-term strategies that lead to accelerated revenue growth in commercial aviation business. This accomplished through analysis, market segmentation, and prioritization of various products and services, and use of best practice tools to gain a deeper understanding of the value propositions of both existing and new customers and markets.
  3. 10+ years of commercial experiences in aviation engineering, sales, marketing, or business development in Asia Pacific region, especially Southeast Asia (India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines, and Malaysia) and North Asia.
  4. Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to quickly and effectively respond to customer needs.
  5. Improve Haite’s brand awareness within the APAC region.
  6. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious while being humble, respectable and result-driven.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills possess cultural sensitivity.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in aviation engineering or related discipline from an accredited university or college is required.

LOCATION

This position will be located in Haite Singapore Building in Changi Business Park.

WORK AUTHORIZATION

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Singapore without employer’s assistance.

HAITE Singapore was established in 2011. We provide high-quality aviation training services, eLearning content development, software customization, and software products.

We are an Approved Training Organization (ATO) by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Our primary role is to provide synthetic flight training courses for commercial airlines and pilots. Our flight simulators and training programs have been approved by CAAS of various countries, such as CAAS, CAAV, CAAC, DGCA, UKCAA, and EASA.

Our UPRT programme (Airplane Upset Prevention and Recovery Training - UPRT) is based on OEM and ICAO recommendations. Our simulator has state-of-the-art features that have been approved by the State authority to ensure training is conducted within the validated flight envelope, and feedback feature to provide realistic debrief.

Our Training Devices include:

  • Full flight simulators: Airbus and Boeing simulators certified to EASA/FAA at Level D
  • Procedures Trainer: EASA CS-FSTD (A) FTD Level 1 Powerful entry-level training device
  • Cabin trainer: indoor operations, malfunctions, fire, and smoke training
