Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow EMS business across key industries.
  • Identify and engage with OEMs and emerging companies that align with organization’s capabilities and offerings.
  • Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, RFI/RFQ submissions, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and program teams to craft persuasive customer proposals.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies to refine sales initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers at target organizations.
  • Analyze competitive positioning and develop differentiated go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Support regional growth initiatives and entry into new verticals in alignment with corporate strategy.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of proven success in sales and business development within the EMS or contract manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage high-value client accounts.
  • Strong network of contacts among brand owners and OEMs in areas such as consumer electronics, IoT, and industrial hardware.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
