Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a critical role in driving awareness and adoption of Cohesity’s solutions. This foundational role is suited for individuals starting a career in sales, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and contributing to a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
We are hiring a new team of SDRs to cover the Thailand market.
Collaborate with team members to build and refine outbound prospecting lists.
Identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
Create and execute multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
Conduct discovery calls to assess prospective needs and introduce Cohesity solutions.
Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
Qualify leads using predefined criteria and book meetings for Account Executives to progress opportunities.
Work closely with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
Develop deep knowledge of Cohesity’s platform to confidently communicate our value proposition.
Proficiency in English and Thai.
Enthusiasm for sales, with ideally 1+ year of relevant experience.
Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
Experience with researching companies, cold calling, emailing, and navigating organizational hierarchies.
Confident in making cold calls and handling objections.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Receptive to coaching and continuous feedback.
High level of grit and perseverance in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
Collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and best practices.
Self-motivated with a focus on learning and career development.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
College or bachelor’s degree.
