About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven, customer-focused, and technologically savvy sales professional to build internal relationships and external partnerships, attacking the market with passion. The ideal candidate will possess energy, drive, and a desire to grow business across a portfolio of accounts, quickly building effective relationships and identifying valuable opportunities that can be expanded with internal resources. This role is based in Singapore, operating on a hybrid model requiring presence in the office at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do
  1. Engage prospective customers to identify new opportunities via phone.
  2. Manage a sales process from prospecting to closure.
  3. Discover and develop new business within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  4. Conduct high-level discovery calls with C-suite executives and VPs across Southeast and North Asia.
  5. Become a cybersecurity expert and thought leader.
  6. Master competitive selling and objection handling.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute go-to-market strategies.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service, including escalation management.
  9. Gain expertise in CrowdStrike products and industry landscape.
  10. Stay informed on competitors and effectively communicate our solutions’ value.
What You’ll Need
  1. Telephone sales experience with a proven track record.
  2. Experience in cold calling and exceeding expectations.
  3. Ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  4. Strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
  5. Customer service background is a plus.
  6. Security and SaaS sales experience is a plus.
  7. Persistence, coachability, charisma, quick wit, creativity, motivation, and confidence.
  8. Self-discipline, self-awareness, and fluency in Tagalog for market operations.
