A leading company in the region is seeking a motivated sales associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting discovery calls, and maintaining accurate client records. This role requires excellent communication skills and a persistent personality, suitable for someone eager to develop their career in sales.
Research and identify potential clients using online tools, databases, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients
Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and pain points
Ask qualifying questions to determine if the prospect is a good fit for the company's products/services
Preparing & following up with clients on quotation and order status.
Maintain clean and up-to-date records of prospects and interactions
Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and outreach effectiveness
Handles sales or lead generation from within the office, often through phone and email.

Requirement
Outgoing and persistent personality
Excellent phone manner.
Basic computer skills - Microsoft word / Excel / Power point and etc.
Good communication skills , outgoing, friendly, hardworking, independent without supervision.
