Job description

    You will be responsible for leading and scaling the inbound sales development function as the Founding SDR Manager at Peoplebox.ai, a fast-growing startup focused on building an AI-powered Performance Management platform. Your primary objective will be to ensure alignment between people, goals, and feedback within modern companies, utilizing tools such as Slack, Teams, and email to drive real business outcomes.In this high-ownership role, you will be tasked with setting up systems, leading a small team, and playing a crucial role in generating qualified pipeline for the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Your proficiency in utilizing HubSpot for various tasks, including workflows, lead scoring, routing, and reporting, will be essential for success in this in-office role based out of the Bangalore headquarters.Your responsibilities will include managing all inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up on demo requests, content downloads, or interest forms to convert them into high-quality meetings. Additionally, you will be expected to hire, train, and oversee a team of inbound SDRs, establish clear goals, monitor performance, and facilitate continuous improvement.Collaboration with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign results, as well as coordination with Account Executives to ensure well-qualified meetings with appropriate context, will be integral parts of your role.
