About the Role

We are looking for results-driven, customer-focused, and technologically savvy individuals who excel at building relationships and attacking markets with passion. The role is based in Singapore with a hybrid work style, requiring presence in the office at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do
  1. Engage prospective customers via phone to identify new opportunities.
  2. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closure.
  3. Discover and develop new business within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  4. Conduct high-level discovery calls with C-suite and VPs across Southeast and North Asia.
  5. Become a cybersecurity expert and thought leader.
  6. Excel in competitive selling and objection handling.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and partners for go-to-market strategies.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service, including support escalation.
  9. Gain expertise in CrowdStrike products and industry landscape.
What You’ll Need
  • Telephone sales experience and a track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Cold calling experience.
  • Technical aptitude and quick learning ability.
  • Strong presentation skills and customer service background.
  • Security or SaaS sales experience is a plus.
  • Persistence, coachability, charisma, quick wit, creativity, motivation, confidence, discipline, self-awareness, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
