Royal Organisation is seeking a Sales Development Associate (Entry Level) to build a foundation in direct sales. This role focuses on face-to-face customer acquisition and outdoor campaign work across commercial brands and charitable causes.

You will initiate conversations with prospective customers, explain offerings clearly, handle questions respectfully and contribute to sales targets while receiving coaching to improve presentation and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Ability to start conversations with strangers and build rapport.
• Clear explanation of client offerings and value props.
• Willingness to learn and apply coaching feedback.
