Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for projects.
2. Support and advise clients regarding requirements and obligations in each project, and answer their queries positively.
3. Develop concept proposals, tender, and construction drawings for presentation to clients and submission to consultants and contractors.
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and company sales targets.
5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
6. Ensure project development aligns with the design brief, schedule, and budget.
7. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address issues arising during installation.
8. Attend project, technical, or consultant meetings as required.
9. Perform other duties as assigned, including nursery activities such as moss art and plant propagation.
10. Possess a creative personality capable of adapting to changes.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in landscape design or a related horticulture field.
2. Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.).
3. Ability to conceptualize and develop designs that meet objectives.
4. Creative, organized, and capable of translating conceptual ideas into workable and functional designs.
