Sales Designer

Job Description:

1. To provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, and able to present the drawing concept.
2. To monitor project development from inception, planning, designing, tendering, construction to complete within the deadline.
3. To support the Design Director and to lead the team to manage the design process.
4. To ensure all necessary communication flow and regular meetings with the other members of the design & project team.
5. To attend site meetings and do inspections during the project period.
6. To lead the team to ensure that the integrity of the concept is maintained.
7. To follow up hands-on project including, but not limited to, bill quantity and costing related items.

Job Requirements:

1. Education Background: possess at least a Diploma in any field.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are welcomed. Skill: Autocad, 3D Max, Microsoft Office.
3. Language preferred: English & Chinese.
