Job description

As a Sales Designer, you help create excitement about Company’s products, providing the right solutions and getting products into the hands of our valued customers.

Being part of the sales team, you understand the business objectives and the importance of delivering a Customer Service & Shopping experience that is a cut above the rest.

Roles & Responsibilities include:
  1. Support the day-to-day business operations of the Company;
  2. Be approachable and a good listener to discover customers’ needs;
  3. Recommend solutions to meet customers’ needs & objectives;
  4. Generate interest through product demonstrations;
  5. Maintain excellent customer service and relationships;
  6. Keep abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning;
  7. Learn to overcome customers’ objections;
  8. Upsell accessories; promote, upsell, and cross-sell products;
  9. Close sales with pride and professionalism;
  10. Support and assist in ad-hoc or periodic stock-take exercises when required;
  11. Be accountable for stock losses and variances;
  12. Ensure all security devices/display units are in good working condition;
  13. Meet sales targets/KPIs in line with business objectives;
  14. Adhere to SOPs, company policies, processes, and procedures;
  15. Support all aspects of the sales process;
  16. Provide feedback to the manager on customer needs;
  17. Practice professionalism and act in the best interests of the company in all aspects.
