Sales & Delivery Specialist

About the role
Lubritrade Distribution Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales and Delivery Specialist to join our Kallang Way Central Region Office team. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to our valued customers and generating sales through exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Delivering products to customers within the assigned region
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent communication
3. Actively promoting our products and services, and generating new sales leads
4. Accurately recording and reporting sales data and customer feedback
5. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales or delivery role, preferably within the retail or consumer products
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Experience in General Trade, Dormitories, Minimart
4. A valid Class 3 and Class 2 driving license is required
5. Basic numeracy and data entry skills in sales ordering
