We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to be part of our growing team at Sunlink Engineering. Specializing in metal fabrication and engineering solutions, we serve a diverse range of industrial clients across various sectors.
In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our customers and internal departments. Your main responsibility is to ensure a smooth sales process—from handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations to coordinating order deliveries and providing after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate customer sales orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with company procedures.
Liaise with internal departments — including sales, production, logistics, and engineering — to ensure clear communication and timely order fulfilment.
Liaise with production and project teams to monitor stock levels, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
Assist in preparing accurate quotations and job sheets, especially for custom fabrication jobs, process sales orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy in order details and customer requirements.
Maintain and update customer records, pricing databases, and inventory levels using ERP or internal systems.
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including delivery updates, technical clarifications, and post-sales support.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as generating reports, preparing meeting materials, and tracking sales performance.
Collaborate with the quality team to ensure sales and delivery processes comply withISO standards(e.g., ISO 9001), including documentation, traceability, and quality procedures.
Help ensure internal documentation and processes related to sales orders, customer complaints, and corrective actions meet audit and compliance requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales coordination processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field).
3–5 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably within a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
