Job description

We are seeking an experienced a Sales & Tender Engineer to manage the full cycle of tendering, bidding for ELV solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, AV, Structured Cabling, etc.). The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, coordinating with internal teams, building strong client relationships, and securing projects within the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings for ELV projects.
  • Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals in line with tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop accurate cost estimates and solutions.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with client requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to secure new ELV projects through tenders, quotations, and direct negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, M&E contractors, developers, and government agencies.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and competitive.
  • Track market intelligence, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and quotations to maximize win rates.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic or any related Engineering field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, and sales within ELV/ Security/ AV/ M&E industry
  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/BGM, AV,
  • Proven track record of preparing and winning tenders/projects in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Existing contacts with consultants, contractors, or developers is an advantage
