Qualifications

  • Diplôme minimum en ingénierie requis.
  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans les secteurs marins et offshore.
  • Posséder un permis de classe 3 et une voiture.
  • Disponibilité immédiate est un atout.

Responsibilities

  • Génération de leads et présentation des produits aux clients.
  • Négociation des prix et signature de contrats.
  • Atteindre les quotas de vente assignés.
  • Suivi des performances de ventes et préparation des rapports.

Job description

Core Responsibilities:


• Lead Generation :

Identifying potential clients and prospects through various channels, such as referrals, cold calling, and market research.

Service existing customers and new customers’ account

• Sales Presentations :

Effectively presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing any questions or concerns of customer about company product.

• Negotiation and Contract Signing:

Negotiating sales prices, payment/delivery terms, and conditions with customers and securing contracts.

• Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and new customer to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.

• Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, preparing reports on sales activities, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities in order to hit sales targets.


Additional :

Keeping abreast of the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.

Working effectively with other teams, such as marketing and product management, to achieve sales objectives.

  • Administrative Tasks:

Managing customer orders, processing payments, and handling paperwork.

Required Skills and Qualities:

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build rapport with customers, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Persuasion and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present products or services and persuade customers to make a purchase.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and organize sales activities.
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is often preferred.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: A strong sense of self-motivation and a drive to achieve sales goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Engineering
  • At least 1-3 years working experience (preferably in the marine and offshore sectors)
  • Class 3 license with own car
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
