Core Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation :
Identifying potential clients and prospects through various channels, such as referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Service existing customers and new customers’ account
• Sales Presentations :
Effectively presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing any questions or concerns of customer about company product.
• Negotiation and Contract Signing:
Negotiating sales prices, payment/delivery terms, and conditions with customers and securing contracts.
• Relationship Building:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and new customer to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
• Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking sales performance, preparing reports on sales activities, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities in order to hit sales targets.
Additional :
Keeping abreast of the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
Working effectively with other teams, such as marketing and product management, to achieve sales objectives.
Managing customer orders, processing payments, and handling paperwork.
