A local company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to respond to customer inquiries, process sales orders, and coordinate logistics. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, is bilingual in English and Korean, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support and/or logistics coordination.
- Displays a flexible 'can do' approach that contributes to company success.
- Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and client inquiries and process B2B sales orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor sales orders and resolve any issues promptly.
- Perform regular inventory checks and coordinate restocking.
- Support the sales team with data entry and tracking.
- Coordinate marketing communications related to sales.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and client inquiries, prepare quotations, and process B2B sales orders for both business and consumer segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Liaise with internal teams, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor the status of all sales orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock availability and coordinate restocking with relevant departments.
- Support the sales team with data entry, sales performance tracking, and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and customer communications related to sales activities.
- Provide general administrative support including documentation, filing, and other assigned tasks to support operations.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support and/or logistics coordination
- Bilingual in English and Korean is necessary, proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Displays a flexible ‘can do’ approach which contributes to the success of the Company
