About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales cum Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and customer service operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

  • Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders/services promptly.

  • Track and follow up on delivery schedules and work status.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer and sales activities.

  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
