Sales Counselor / Manager (Skin Clinic) - Females only

The responsibilities for this position include counseling existing clients and converting potential leads into prospects. You will be responsible for creating convincing sales pitches to drive overall clinical revenue growth through rapport building and selling skills. Regular data calling as a care manager and addressing concerns for maximum retention and referral generation is also a key aspect of this role. Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction, following up with potential clients to convert leads into appointments, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the growth of the business are vital responsibilities.

The requirements for this role include proven sales experience in the Aesthetic or related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high EQ and empathetic attitude. Knowledge of skin, hair, and laser treatments and products is essential, along with the ability to convert prospects into loyal clients. A self-motivated and target-driven mindset is crucial for success in this position. Candidates with experience in hands-on cosmetology procedures or related to a Skin Care Clinic are desirable. This position is preferably for female candidates only.
