Position: Sales Coordinator (ID6063)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: 3500-4000

Location: Commonwealth

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sales administration and coordination, supporting smooth operations between clients, internal teams, and production units.
  • Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, proposals, RFQs, purchase orders, and follow-up communications.
  • Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients to understand their needs and ensure accurate delivery of solutions.
  • Track sales pipelines, project status, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with operational and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks to support the sales and marketing functions.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to work collaboratively across departments and handle multiple client interactions.
  • Previous experience in coordinating sales or administrative roles within manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
