Remuneration: Basic Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
Location: Jurong
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Summary:
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team! You'll be the voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and driving new business opportunities. Your goal? Identifying sales opportunities, managing customer feedback, and working together with our team to make a lasting impact on customer satisfaction and company growth.
Key Duties:
Answer & route calls with a smile, ensuring a positive experience.
Drive new business through outbound calls & follow-ups.
Identify key sales opportunities and upsell products.
️ Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Stay updated on products and upsell like a pro!
Research & qualify new leads to expand the customer base.
Hit your sales targets and track your performance.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Collaborate with teams on campaigns, promotions, and messaging.
Assist with special projects to keep things fresh and exciting.
Key Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Business, Marketing, Admin, or related fields.
Min. 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.
Sales & Marketing knowledge is a plus!
