• Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• AWS + VB

The Role:

• Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, etc., and provide product/delivery updates.
• Process orders accurately, handle special requests, and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse.
• Prepare and verify shipping, sales, and customs documents, while negotiating logistics rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, technical, logistics) to resolve payments, returns, and delivery issues.
